Here is my attempt at the classic method of pork crackling cooking. I start with scoring the pork rind, then thoroughly drying the rind, rub in oil and salt. Place in a preheated oven at 230C for 30 minutes and then slowly decreasing the temperature until cooked. I then experiment with finishing half of the crackling in the microwave and the other half in the oven. Watch the video below to see which turned out the best.
