Recipe
1 x 95 gm tin tuna (or 150 gms chicken mince)
½ diced onion or spring onion
½ Cup Cauliflower rice (fresh or frozen)
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup grated cheese
1 Sprig parsley chopped
1 egg
Combine, leave to stand 15 minutes, (meanwhile make Lemon Mayonnaise)
Fry patties in oil or bake in airfrier at 190C until golden
Lemon Mayonnaise Dip
2 Tablespoons mayo
1 Teaspoon Lemon zest
1 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice
¼ Teaspoon garlic powder
Combine
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
Let stand 15 minutes (while frying patties)
